What thread would be complete without a picture of something broken on the Fiat??

We did the last 2.5hrs on Saturday with only 1 gear.   Chunks of 4th gear kept fouling the forks, so once you got it into gear, you just left it there.  Got the replacement gearbox in about 1:30am on Sun.  More gears is better than less gears.
