IN!
Chariots on Fire is in too!
Bring your winter tires. The race happened to run on a beautiful weekend directly in between 2 weekends of ice storms - there was still ice on the access road leading to the track when we arrived!
It is a beautiful facility, I wouldn't miss this race.
The rain last winter was awful. Our brakelights went out 30 min before the race was called early and our driver called it "unsafe."
Not sure if we plan to go but hell if we're not registered for it.
I signed up Team Bad Decisions just so no one would steal our number. No clue if we will be able to make it but if we have to withdraw, might be looking for an A&D.
Even with it a straight shot down I-65 for us, February is a terrible time to tow 1300 miles round trip in this area.
Just when I thought my bank account could relax.
Signed up both bees. Hope I get time to fix the CRX.

Money is overrated. Racing.
Im told I shouldnt miss out on this one this time.
1500 mile round trip I'm coming with 2 cars!

Yeah, I was a bit worried when we went. Pulling into town right after that ice storm was a strange experience.

Really?
We will probably make it to this one.
We might even bring the 1st gen with the 22 gallon fuel cell. That should be good for 3+ hour driving stints. Also, the car will be powered by a S4 13B fuel injected instead of the carb'd 12A.
Should be a fun car!
Rob R.
Well it looks like I will be spending money I do not have again.
Our "home" course! Haven't been there yet to race, but at 5 hours, it's the closest thing we've got!
BMTroubl u, you guys up for a convoy?

All the NWI and Chicagoland teams need to make a freak-show-on-wheels convoy together. Preferably with all open trailers, cars dressed in full theme...as well as the drivers.

Count me in.
Hell of a drive there and back, but we're entered. Guess I'll have to bring the glowing tent of doom back for the paddock.
After one visit, one of my all-time favorite Lemons tracks.
Never raced there, but I lived in Birmingham and visited. I'm no expert, but I think it might be one of the nicest racing facilities on this side of the Mississippi. Team Fairlylame is registered, with a massive desire to make it actually happen.
Fuzzy blumpkins are in!!!
Better get the engine swap done by Feb then.
So very much in!

I look forward to racing with you again.
If I can talk my teammates into it, we'll be there.
Odds are they won't be able to, or won't want to, so it could be A&D for me.

What, and miss out on seat time in a car that Patrick said was, "faster than anything I've ever raced?" I'm pretty sure those were his exact words.

That would be awesome. We use an open trailer but I have to drive from Chicago to Fort Wayne to pick it and the rest of the team up. Hopefully they'll want to run it again next year.
