Westboro Baptist!

DO IT!

Easily the best idea in this thread.  The antics at the BS inspection alone are worth it.

Westboro Baptist!

Somebody's reading my mind again. I was seriously thinking of pitching this theme to my team this weekend.

"THANK JAY FOR DEAD E30s"

How about a Hindenburg Disaster theme for NJMP? Lakehurst is only about 60 miles away as the blimp flies. I can see a Previa all painted out in flat gray....

"As the blimp flies," you say? Dude, it's, like, totally a dirigible. It's got a cage!

Naturally you'd have to heckle everyone experiencing problems:

"Lucas electrics is god's retribution for your Jag Love!"
"The headgasket is punishment for your unholy HONDA"
"Behold and pity the SHO!"
etc
etc

Another potential problem with this theme - those mother f'ers are just crazy enough to show up at the race to protest.

Which would suck.

A lot.

However, we *would* all have a new use for our BFHs...

I have tried several times to rally an effort to get an early 90s explorer and paint it up like that, even to the extent when i found some local nutjob had PAINTED one exactly correct and tried to CL it, i emailed him and suggested he run Lemons with it. I have no idea why this hasen't really been done properly.

Oh come on, think about the possibilities.  We've got plenty of mentally ill and creative characters around here.  I'm confident that we could improvise as needed and beat them at their own game.

Personally, I'm a fan of constructive interference and beat frequencies.  Maybe Murilee Arriac  could pay a visit and contribute some of his work if needed.

Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Re: Themes you'd like to see done

In light of current events, I think a Charlie Sheen theme needs to be done.  A Maserati Bi-turbo could be changed so that it is a Maserati Bi-Winning.   Duh...  Gotta have tiger blood, though.

Careful with how many grams of CS you put in there, though!  Your face may melt off, your body explode, and your children will weep...

Yep, the '85 Biturbo E. I traded a Benz 240 my boss gave me for it, so it was free. It's TERRIBLE.

Speedy, I'd love to fly up & be a part of that, but unlike Charlie, I'm poor as dirt right now, and I am not an F-18.  Maybe I should try dining on the bones of trolls.
