Topic: 1989 Acura Legend LS coupe $499 to good California home (failed smog)

I loved this old car, albeit briefly. The V6 was fun to drive. Automatic transmission seems strong.
Sometimes dashboard warning lights flicker on for a few minutes, then go away as mysteriously as they arrived..
Current tags, but failed California smog test in recent inspection.

Yes, it's still available.  I also posted it on Facebook, and questions included:

  • 1. Does the A/C work? No, but you don't need that for a Lemons race, eh?
    2. Any electrical issues? Yes, something drains the battery overnight sometimes, but not an issue for Lemons.
    3. What does "runs and drives" mean? I drive it on the freeway once or twice a month, and it easily goes over 90 with no shakes or hesitancy or overheating. Prime for a Lemon!
