Topic: 2024 Rust Belt GP @ Gingerman - Entry List & Tech Times

Yeah, this is gonna be a good one! Lots of awesome stuff happening:

* A STUDEBAKER LARK
* The Return of the MG Metro
* Two engine-swapped Triumphs
* A Rover SD1 to complete the English Car Bonanza
* Corvair, Cavalier, or S10? Who do you like to finish first?
* An Opel GT that is probably completely and totally insane
* FOUR Merkurs. I'm not positive, but I feel like that's an all-time record.
* A potential Trash-ton Cup between Dumpster Fire Motorsports, DumpsterFire Racing, and Garbage Red Car Motorsport.
* Canadians with Lemons' first official Cobalt SS.
* The Ever-Awesome '47 Plymouth
* A new team with a C3
* A new team with a WRX
* A team who gave up on their Buick Regal for a BMW Z3
* A Suzuki Kizashi that is the cars to beat for the last three I just listed.

I'm pretty sure four merkurs at one time is a record for any track in North America.

Looking forward to the "merkur cup" in the wrap-up video where we find out who made their merkur suck the least for the weekend.

I thought we were doing 12-5pm on Sunday, and longer racing on Saturday. But the schedule now says we're back to splitting the Jesus hour on Sunday morning with an 8:30am start time.

Yeah, it changed REALLY recently.  We planned all our driving sessions out only to find it's different now.

On April 30th, the Wayback Machine scraped it with the old times.  Wonder why it changed.

Thanks!  Just a reminder to anyone the Suzuki does beat.  It is a stock econo sedan with a Jatco CVT transmission.  So obviously you need more power and wings.
