Topic: Solo Driver for Events ( Range From MI to GA/NC)

Howdy all-

My name is Ryan, a navy vet (currently in reserves) of 14 years. I race with a local Karting group (Racing4Vets) and have previous track racing and dirt experience. I returned from a deployment in October and while overseas, got to learn about Lemons and fell in love with the idea. I learn best by doing and wanted to potentially work with a team or teams that might be open to hosting a vet and having them help out wherever possible. I am based in Ohio (near NCM and Mid-Ohio) and willing to drive anywhere from Michigan to GA/NC/AL to learn from and help out with teams.

Clean driver, not one to take unnecessary risks, but always wanting to be safe, fun, and competitive as well as respectful.

Phone is 937-469-7241. Email is Goodwin.55@wright.edu

Where are you actually located in Ohio? NCM is at least a seven hour drive from Mid-Ohio...

Wright state email and military history means maybe Dayton/Fairborn area?

We're considering full-time team members instead of arrive&drives for 2023, but prefer people that are able to commute to the Columbus area (zip 43110) to help with prep for race weekends.

World record simca driver, kei car owner, zymurgist

Hey Mike- I did my undergrad through wright state and kept the email. I actually Drill out of Columbus and live in Cincinnati. Columbus isnt a bad drive at all (im on the north side of Cinci.)

I say Mid-Ohio and NCM are close because "close" driving for me is anything within 4 hours. I really appreciate you messaging.

NavyRacer,

If Mike offers a seat, jump on it. He has a well-run team; low-key, but focused and efficient.  Wish he was still driving with us.

Stan
