Topic: Driver Seeking Team (New Hampshire)

Howdy, I know it might be early but I'm looking to find a team to drive New Hampshire with.

I have 4 seasons of oval racing (dirt and pavement) on me. Biggest achievement was finishing 4th place the in Maine Enduro Tour points.

Odd ball thing? Flamingos. I'm pretty sure thats what I'm known for at the track. I consider them a good luck charm and handed a few hundred out at Maine tracks last year. Flo was my Flamingo co-pilot  last year. Ran all 22 races with the car last year. Sadly the last ductape infusion did not take and shes deflated about it.

I'm hoping if I can get on it 8 months before the race I'll be able to redirect some of the oval racing budget into updating my safetygear/ helping the team.

I've thought about starting a Lemons team myself but I am not capable of that this year. Plus I think my oval car might be too beat up to tech into Lemons

Oval cars usually have issue with the cage. it be some/lots modifications to get through. Might be easier to buy Lemons car straight up.
You can try also going to the event at Thompson, see some teams there. Sample the culture. Might be easier to get in that way.

Funny thing is this car never had a cage put it in. It was a $150 car that was supposed die in the first few races of the season. Then it soldiers on for 15 races (on every track in the state) before its first major parts failure.

I'm thinking about attending the Connecticut race. I'm Maine based. Have to wait for my oval schedule to be set.

Re: Driver Seeking Team (New Hampshire)

I'm always looking for drivers. It's a former 200k mile Maine miata that's put over a dozen newbies on the track in a half dozen races so far, including myself, and it usually doesn't fail completely and we finish mid pack. I have a ton of spares to keep the car going.  My costs are low because I win tires and pass the savings on. I'm in Auburn, NH. I'm looking to do CT- which I don't have drivers for yet. I already have drivers for the NHMS race in October- the crazy Brits say they're coming back.

I'd freaking love to try oval track racing also so some seat time trade might be possible.

El Capitan of Team Corky
94 Miata transitioning to BRG because she now identifies as a Lotus previously covered in cork as Mazda/Toyo Kogyo tribute then painted like the Queen's coffin
4 time tire raffle winner. (So I got that goin for me which is nice)

I've got a few races on my schedule I could easily let you run.  Any preference on surface? Dirt and pavement are options.
