I would have thought more people would have "sporty" cars. I can't stand to drive anything non-sporty on a daily basis.
As someone who commutes 500+ miles a week, cars with things like directional staggered tire sizes, rock hard suspension, and less than 30mpg get pretty expensive and tiring. I'd love to drive something sportier, but it just doesn't make a whole ton of sense. However, I am considering a BMW 320i 6-speed sport package for my next car which might be a good compromise on all those fronts without dropping $45k
