Wow, that is just sick. Pointless too, throttling all that carb down to the little 1 3/4 hole in the log.  If you are going to that extent just machine a new mount.  I would have had the pipes from the carb diverging instead of converging and mounting about there #2 and #5 intake are.  I would love to see that thing running with the flame throwers going though.

Nice write-up. Sadly, our Opel is a '69 and not eligible.

I've got a stack of red-blue glasses I'll bring to Infineon to give away. I used to use them for 3D microscopy, but I no longer do microscopy. I am working on a 3D video setup for the Lemons car, though.
