Don't have all the info. on my team members(drivers license numbers, D.O.B.,etcc...) Can this info. "wait" until we find out if we're accepted?

Yeah, acceptance is not likely if you don't appear to actually have a team standing by. Full info on them can wait, but names... inclusion in your "why we need to run this race" story, and maybe even photos, are all good things to include.
