Topic: Phoenix Gavel-Trap, Who's in? Jan 23-24

Now that the 2009 races are a distant memory, it is time to gear up for 2010.  Who's going to be at the season opener in Phoenix? 

It looks like the best opportunity for teams from the West Coast to dice it up with teams from the Texas races... that is, if you can make the drive across New Mexico and all. 

Eyesore Racing will be trailering the FrankenMiata out from LA.  Who else is on the grid?

The Underground will be there with KITT the 300zx. Also our buddies Off Constantly will be there with their 300zx getting their ass handed to them. Plus another one of our buddies is bringing a 80's POS Maxima from Phoenix (Nocturnal Racing).

Cant wait there is going to be a hell of a lot of partying going on at this one too! ASU students rule lol.

Just a heads up we will have a 50" plasma with Direct TV at the Team Underground pit throughout the weekend so we can watch the NFL Playoff games!!! Your all welcome to come hang out. When the Chargers game is on our team will be not paying attention to the track and we have already told our driver who is scheduled for that time that if he breaks the car he is sitting in it till half time or the game is over lol

We will be there with the Irreverent Racing '94 Rustang GT number  "0" .... Just look for the handicap stickers - and behavior. Did somebody say 50" Plasma and party? That's probably where we will be after the transmission and/or rear-end scatters.... Looking forward to a great time!

Team Underground is heading out from San Diego Thursday around noon. Were staying at the Wild Pass casino right across from the track. If ANY of you guys needs anything look for the white enclosed trailer with a Dailey Motorsports sticker on the back hatch.

Be careful on Interstate 8 over the mountains. Storm and High Wind warnings all Thursday... could be very dangerous with a trailer. We're probably delaying our departure until early Friday morning.

Maybe we will see ya' on the 10. We are in a charcoal Suburban with white enclosed trailer with no markings. Ought to be a fun drive tomorrow from an hour north of Santa Barbara....  Departing Santa Maria at 7:00 am. Hope to be there by 7:00 pm. May the fun begin!!!!!

Seriously, I've never seen rain like this in 15 years here.  It's 11pm and has been raining for 12hrs straight.  Another 2 inches expected overnight.  We'll be there @ 10am tomorrow...hope the track isn't under water.  This is gonna be a mud bog bowl!

Im hoping that there aren't a lot of cars on their roofs. Any time the ground is soft like its sure to be the cars dig in rather than slide over the grass. Stay safe!
