Topic: Goofy NASCAR-style fake sponsor decal artwork

Hi guys, I made these fake sponsor decals for our '79 Buick Opel by Isuzu and have been asked quite a few times for the artwork, so here it is! Please use them and distribute them any way you like.

Re: Goofy NASCAR-style fake sponsor decal artwork

I've seen that car a bunch of times and somehow never noticed that those weren't real sponsor logos. Those a pretty good.

Planet Express
"IOE" "C Win" 4834.701 Race Miles and counting
Toyocedes
"Least Southern Pickup Truck" "IOE" "C win" "C win (again?)"

Thanks!

I followed this instructable for making the stickers at home: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to- … ome/#step0
Keep in mind that these are not waterproof, and get a little rough-looking after a few races.

Sorry I can't find the 'Frans' artwork I made.  I'll poke around for it a little more if anyone wants it.

This is the best artwork on my car though:

We are competitive with the faster Miatas out there, so this encourages them not to give up when we pass them wink   This is a combination of commercially-available vinyl stickers.

Love these - like Wacky Packs for racers!
Any other creative types want to make some up and post them here?

I'll make it to an actual race one of these days.  Until then...

Hi Lemony - what is the original company name? Would you mind if I add it to my collection?

Also, here's a sneak peek of some new artwork I just created and uploaded to the dropbox:

Cheers!

Would love it if you did. The original logo was Spicer Driveshafts, with Dana right below it.
