Repeat offender

We ran the last Thunderhill Arse freeze and are intending to run the Going for Broken in May.  Our team isn't on the dropdown list when I go to that event - do I have to recreate from new for each event? I figured we'd still be an option in the drop down for something like 12 months.
Now - you can hardly blame anyone for discarding us from the list - I mean - hell I wouldn't even invite myself to a cocktail party at my own house if I had the option, but ....
I guess I'm looking for a way to not recreate all of our team info.....
