One serious problem: we never know the turn numbers in which offenses take place, since what we get over the radio is like "...crackle BZZZT car 29... XXXZZZP... four off... SSKKKZZZT... driving like idiot..."

However, the monotone "that's not how SCCA does it" part is dead-on accurate.

I just did one with the Nixon "Checkers Speech," complete with lots of crazy camera angles and "karate-chop" gestures. It is impossible to watch for more than 15 seconds.
