Topic: Anyone have photos of the Concours de Lemons cars on the track Sunday?

As some of you might have noticed if you weren't completely frantic with last-minute prep, some of us in the Concours de Lemons cars snuck onto the track early Sunday morning for a couple of "parade laps".  (Officially snuck on, I mean, by getting this planned into the program and everything.  Our organizer is thorough with his sneakage.)  Whee was that a lot of fun!

So, anyone have photos of this awesomeness?

My niece has a few photos; I'll post them after she sends me the files.  She was riding with me while her friend was sitting in the Turn 2 Terrace with her camera, so there should be some nice shots of the cars coming up the hill.

Thanks, gielamonster -- I see us in one of those, off in the distance!  I thought the van was great; my immediate comment on seeing it was, "Best use of ceiling fans on an art car ever."  smile

That '82 MG Metro was pretty awesome. Awesomely terrible, that is.

That comment alone justifies the entire trip.  I like to think a stateside Metro is the embodiment of "The Grey Market: You're Doing It Wrong."
