2000 Volvo S70 GLT SE, 111K miles.
$500.   Yes, only five hundred dollars!

Located only 12 miles off I-5 on Highway 22 near Salem, Oregon.  Cash only.

This car was in the very last production run of the S70, and came with all the options.  With the big 190 HP engine, my wife loved smoking the kids in their BMWs on the long freeway on-ramp near our house.

This car has been my wife's daily driver for the last 23 years, but has only been driven 110,652 miles.  We are only selling it because she wanted a new car.  It has been carefully maintained since new, and got several thousand dollars of new parts about two years ago when new car prices were out of sight.  It runs and handles great!
I had planned on turning it into a Lemons car, but advancing age and a back injury prevent that.  Since I can't do it, I'm pricing it so someone else can do it in my place.  Have fun!

The good:

1. One owner since new.
2. B5254T 2.4L engine (the large-displacement, 190 HP version).  As they say, there's no replacement for displacement!
3. 0 to 60 time is 8 seconds or better.
4. The engine is barely broken in!
5. New Group 48 battery in January 2023.
6. Has never been in a collision (There is just a small scuff on the front bumper)
7. Lived its entire life in Southern California until mid-2018.
8. Currently registered (In Oregon) and is driven weekly.
9. I would not hesitate to hop in the car and drive it across the country.
10. Includes matching full-size spare wheel & tire.

The bad:

1. It is due for an oil change.  (Not due to miles, but time.)
2. It has spent its entire life parked outdoors, except for one night.
3. The leather front seats are split and the stuffing is falling out.  The back seat is in great condition.
4. The light/control panel above the mirror is falling out and must be held in place with tape.
5. Some interior plastic trim parts are breaking and falling apart.
6. The tires (Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3, tread wear 500) have lots of tread left, but are almost six years old.

The ugly:

1. Because of being parked outdoors in the sun, the clear coat is flaking off.
2. Scuffs (but no dents) on the bumpers.

Other features:

1. Has Volvo SC-816 radio/CD/cassette.
2. Comes with a car cover & carrying bag.
3. Currently has a full tank of gas.
4. Has original owners manuals.

7. Has power seats with drivers-side memory.  If you can adapt your race seat to the base, it will make changing drivers very easy.

We are located near Aumsville, Oregon, about 12 miles southeast of Salem and only one mile from Highway 22 exit 12.  There is a DMV office next to the exit, and it is rarely busy.  Pick it up, transfer the title, and drive it home!
