Sure you could restore it, but this thing just screams future Lemons IOE winner.  Someone should snap this up.  If my hands weren't full with other projects I'd consider it myself.

Goddamn. I want to ruin this thing in the worst way possible. It looks terrible, but will probably run with a random carburetor and a pertronix.

If I had the time, I'd totally go for it. You never know, it could turn into a real gem
