We really enjoyed the Ford Tempo that we got as a bribe at Sears Point (even though its electrical system failed completely when I tried to drive it a half-mile to go shoot photographs at Turn 4 and we had to push it back to the Penalty Box), and that got us to thinking: we need a Laissez Les Crapheaps Roulez Judgemobile we can A) use for Penalty Parades and B) blow up on the No Problem Raceway drag strip when we have Saturday Night Lemons Drags!

So, we'll give a Get Out Of Penalty Box Free card, a few choice food/drink selections from our bribe stash, and whatever items of Lemons swag we can swipe when Nick isn't guarding the stash to the team that gives us a running car or truck that we can (ab)use for the weekend. That means we'll be doing gnarly brake-stand burnouts, backwards donuts, off-road adventures, experiments with fuel additives, donating parts to teams with broken race cars, and generally beating the living shit out of the thing, so you may well get a heap of smoldering wreckage back when the weekend is done. If we have more than one vehicle to choose from, we'll go for the one with the best burnout potential. So start searching for those un-registerable 50-buck hoopties in the swamp, racers!

Hmm so a manual trans pickup V8 open diff should work nicely!!!  With extra rust-lightening to keep the weight down
