Topic: Stafford rules (glass)
The rules say no headlights, tail lights or side markers. Does that mean no brake lights? Most cars have the brake light in the same lense as the tail lights.

You should have a separate high mounted brake light safe from a collision

We got a small round plastic brake light from AutoZone, wired it to where the old center high mount light was and bolted it to the back deck. You definitely need to remove the taillights.
We just decided to keep the rear window brake light. Seems from the rules that this will be sufficient.
Minor note for whomever updates the website. The rules under "glass" have a broken link to the events page.
(I saw this thread and wondered about headlights for the 24 hour race at the end of the year, which is where we hope to experience our first loss and/or colossal failure.)
