Topic: Reg questions

This is my first time so I don't know how this all works yet.

Here's where we are:
1. I registered our team for Arse-Sweat.
2. I haven't paid yet.
3. Drivers have not signed up yet.

Q1 - When do we pay?
  a. ASAP
  b. Before close of registration
  c. After we get confirmation that we are in the race

Q2 - Do drivers need to be signed up before registration closes?

Q1: C  It is generally due a week/10 days after you receive your acceptance email

Q2 Well yes and no. If it's your first race, the organizers want to see that you have your shat together so best to fill it out. An incomplete app might not get you  accepted to race. You will be able to make changes after you find out if you're accepted, so if a driver or two backs out you can replace 'em up until about 10 days before the race when they close the database.

Thanks. I'm cracking the whip on our guys now.

Also, I now see the plain and simple instructions on the FAQ page. All except the above advice of new teams.

The new website format has a few broken links within it.  The information is around here, just once the teething glitches are resolved it'll be easier to find the info.
