looks fine but hard to tell with no pics of the welds nor pics of the base or good ones of the top/halo.

Good design. Can't tell much about quality from those pics, but heh.

You may want to add a couple of vertical members between the door bars - you roughly double strength and can use the cutoffs from the rest of the cage to do it.

Looks OK if the plates are large enough and the welds are good

Since we failed tech because of crap welding, make sure your plates on mighty big.  Think they are big enough?  Nope double the size (and weld well)
