Look out, Police Brutality, Angry Hamsters, and the rest of you foaming-at-the-mouth insane engine-swappin' fabricators in the Lemons world, because the Speed Holes Racing 454-powered AMC Marlin and Rocket Surgery mid-engined Renault 4CV are jacking up the madness level to unheard-of heights! I dropped by their shops today and was quite impressed.

I wonder what note those speed holes will produce on the track, and I wonder if they can tune it.

Since it's for the Colorado race, I think it's a sure thing that it will be the Brown Note:

If only we could get the Wartburg, the Metro Gnome, the V6 Dauphine, and the 4CV into the same race!

Sorry the Wartburg has retired.  But we'll be happy to bring our next mutant out when it's done.

Invite them all out on an expense-paid visit to Florida for a grudge match.

Heck, y'all should do that with each race/IOE winner.  The Highlander Highball, "there can be only one."

Indeed, its retired from racing and will soon get torn down and rebuilt as a street cruiser.  Need to take a bit of the harshness out of it but otherwise not too much will change other than to redo some things correctly that were compromised in the name of budget.
Hopefully I'll be able to bring it out to a Concourse De Lemons in a year or 2.
