Topic: Lighting Recommendations

Now that LCR is going to be a full 24 hour race it would seem that getting the proper headlight configuration has gone from the bottom of our list to near the top.  Assuming the OE headlights work properly on our car do you recommend any other supplemental lighting?  Anyone have a particularly good setup that has worked well for them in the past?

Murly recommended Hella 500FF lamps in the event thread on the other forum.  Anyone else have a product they've used and like?

+1 on the Hella 500s.  Face them outwards for corner entry.

These are the lights we used at Nelson. The stock headlights also worked. The system provided excellent lighting without blinding anyone. The crossed lights in the center are the apex lights. All 4 are Hella lights, I can't remember part numbers off the top of my head.

Remember to switch your light bar seperately from your stock lights for driving in pit lane and the paddock.
