I'm working on a really stupid project that requires as many 12-volt car horns as I can get. If you've removed the horn(s) from your racer and don't want it any more, bring it to CMP and I'll add it to the collection. Bring me enough of them and I might issue a Get Out Of Jail Free Card; otherwise, you'll just get some general Judicial Goodwill™.
You shall get Horns-o-plenty from Teams SOB!!!! Too bad I just hauled off about a half dozen, so the number is reduced slightly....but your wish is our command.
Our team capt has some horns from a 92 Buick Regal (Buick horns from that era are LOUD as hell) and he might be willing to part with them.
I'm sure the TSA will blast my checked suitcase with a water cannon when all those horns show up on the X-ray for my flight back to Denver after the race.
