The LeCar? It's cool, but it's a minicar, not a microcar. I love and own microcars and minicars; they're just not the same thing. The definitions are something of a can of worms in the microcar/minicar community these days, but why let that stop me:
The Renault 5 in general is a minicar, Class C to E, depending on which engine is fitted. LeCars would be Class E (1275-1600cc). Microcars are much, much smaller. The classes are listed in the middle of the following link under the "People's Choice: Participants" heading, with microcars as Classes A and B (sort of, since even that page later defines the cutoff as 500cc instead of 600cc):

The standards are somewhat arbitrary and blatantly inconsistent, but hey, that's all the more reason to cling to them in a mindless, rabid, partisan fury.
(Oh, the Z600? Yeah, it's a microcar. Class B. Unless it isn't. Simple, see!)
Note: This sort of silliness is an excellent argument against starting down the "rulebook like a telephone directory" path with Lemons. World Meet 2010 itself was a blast, though, in large part because nobody (especially the organizers) worried too much about these distinctions when it came down to enjoying the cars on the field.
