We talked about that! He cant because of the race seat so he has had some close calls. He actually had to pee in the drain of a drive through car wash at a gas station because it was open but locked up because the attendant was in the bathroom. He says that was way to close a call.

If Spank needs to put the car on a lift for any reason, I'll be at my shop around 9AM, and will be there until about 5PM today loading up for the race. He is more than welcome.
My shop is about a 50-minute drive from North of the track, in Jensen Beach.. I can be reached there at 772-334-BUGS(2847)

Yes  I am in contact with SPank..  I have a used waterpump and may have a new one..
Plus a clutch.. so I will gather the parts today and get them in the trailer.  Ill be at the track around Noon  on Thurs.
I did get the FB message.. and am txting with SPank this  AM..

Thanks Davis. I dont do beer though.. a 6 pack of Magners or Strongbow will be fine.

I think SPank is sleeping, I have not heard back.. I will go raid the parts stash.. I think I have a head gasket.  I know I have a brand new rebuilt head, I have Spank send me his wish list and see what I can bring.
Funny if any one would of told me last year that having Citroen parts and cars laying around is a Good thing I would of laughed.

Had hoped to hear from Spank by now but obviously he's very busy and probably tired.  PBIR is my local track,  we were planning on just meeting at the track,   I am bringing the Haulmark, pit gear, EZ-UP, jack, jackstands, blah blah all the regular race support crap.   Never found this site until this morning, realize that maybe he needs help now?  Can't reach him on the phone.   He (should) have my numbers from our previous emails.

I am really glad that this community of people can talk crap out on the track and even give each other a love tap while racing..  But when it comes to getting one of our own to a race . We all pull together

In My hands I have a NEW clutch disk, water pump, set of belts and oil filter.  I also have a used water pump , but they are all 3 pully  AC units. I dont think this will be an issue. Spank just wont use the 3rd pulley.
