get a second power steering rack
put a chain on your steering column over to the passanger side.
have it turn the second rack you have mounted in the back seat
put pontoons on the side of the car, attached to the rack so they extend out of the car on the inside of a turn. you will shift your center of gravity 1 foot closer to the inside tires.

Have you ever seen the Road and Track skidpad competition?

Take a look at the Lotus 7 with sails. I WILL bring a sail-car to a race at some point before I'm fifty; that gives me 25 years.
