Anyone that can see in to the futures opinion would be highly valued.
When will the powers that be switch the lid requirements to SA2010?
If I buy a new (but on sale) 2005 Hat will it guarantee they will be indemnified next year?

If memory serves me correctly they just updated the rule to SA2005 for 2011. With that being the case I would think you would have at least a few years.

Normally, you get 10 years worth of certification on a helmet; SA2000 helmets were okay through the 2010 season.

It will probably be good until the SA2015 are released. Most organizations use the current standard plus the previous one. SA2010 was released about a year late so not sure if sa2015 will be released a year late, or on the old schedule so you may only get 4 years out of it.

helmut kohl lasted for a while as chancellor of germany, but i don't see how he can help your race team
