Team Name / Theme - Team Junk Player Special - an homage to Mario Andrettis groundbreaking F1 Championship winning Lotus 79.
Make and year of car - 1997 Jetta GL with 205,000 miles !
Team Lemons experience - Veterans ! - We finished 2nd at Toledo last year.
Driver race experience - We have 5 very experienced club racing vetrans and 1 -100% virgin driver.
Dawn of the Zed Racing - Playing off Dawn of the Dead with graveyard/zombie theme - Think MJ's "Thriller"
1974 Datsun 260Z that has been dead for 15+ years (thus the theme)
No Lemons experience, but we all have lots of seat time at various levels.
Team Magnum Pi Ness - Magnum Pi theme with a little "ness" action. Maybe a inflatable "lovegun" on top of the car. Basically we are dicks.
1986 Toyota Suprarri , with problems, will all magnum pi ness accessories.
No Lemons experience, but we have all raced, our current driver status is "Washed up"
Doing Community Service - We done fixed up a yard car so the city would get off our buddy's case about it.

Captain (me) ran at Stafford, rest of team is Lemons noobs. Collectively, we have quite a bit of seat time at assorted HDPE and W2W events. ie - we know our flags and we're rather predictable.
Note: we're still not entirely clear on whether both of these got in, but at least one did.
Team "Corvette" - Warship theme, specifically a WW2-era corvette
1993 Honda Civic with 210,000 salt-ridden miles on it
Two on the team have Lemons experience from Toledo last year, the rest have HPDE, Formula SAE, and Karting.

Ewwww Five-Civic-One - Submarine theme with periscope camera mount.
1993 Honda Civic with unknown distances on engine and body, but it ran in Lemons last year as a beaver and earned itself a car-shaped dent on the front.
Two on this team also have Lemons experience from Toledo last year, the rest are fairly new to motorsport AFAIK.

We're Lemons veterans - this will be my 5th race and everyone else on the team has at least 2 races to their credit.

5 out of 6 of us ran Toledo with the same car last year. Tho prior to that we were all just autocross junkies and a handfull of HPDE days.

The team has an IMSA / SCCA racing veteran from the 60's and 70's (including 2 Lemons), two PCA hotshoes (0 Lemons) and I have several autocrosses and about a million miles on various Playstation games. (including 2 Lemons)

1985 Chevy Camaro Iroc-z rustier than the Titanic but still has some go left in her, rescued from some dude's crazy baby momma who was holding the title hostage with her kids. Not running at first, one fuel pump later and she is purring.

"to their credit" seems generous. i would say we've all committed at least two races.

We are all Lemons virgins, yet well studied.
We have one drag racing "know it all", a parts guy, and 3 people efficient with BFH's and righty tighty laws. (all rookies)
We are also raising money for a double lung transplant for my nephew, he has cystic fibrosis. My sister will have to come up with $125,000.00 after insurance for continued care.

This is my fourth race, but I'm bringing one vet (2nd race) and a group of Lemons virgins who all have significant track time at other venues and have been wanting to do Lemons.

Overall exp: 3 rookies, 1 sophomore, 1 former go-karter, 1 old guy. We're woefully short on experience and wisdom but make up for it with a poor sense of timing and the ability to beat a joke into the ground.
