Here's why I like the Team Resignation Nixon-themed Lemons car so much.

Live on sweet Impala, live on!
Wow. Just the music...
This is fascinating to me because it mostly took place in a time during which I was alive (born summer '87) yet blissfully unaware of what was going on in the world. I remember Clinton being elected, and my dad (who is now a Limbaugh-listening conservative) voting for him. Pretty soon we had dial-up, and Mosaic, and the dot-com boom...but that's a different story, and mine's a lot less interesting than yours.
I'll echo the others in saying: keep 'em coming.

When I read these installments I was hearing Husker Du and the Minutemen on the soundtrack.
A lot of our lives are oddly bound to Nixon's. He was a weird, fascinating president that way.
For example, under Nixon, Amtrak was formed. I currently work in the passenger rail business, and guess who our single biggest customer is?

Isn't Amtrak pretty much the only game in town? I suppose there are regional commuter rail as well.
This whole series culminates in Murilee rediscovering the car and subjecting us all to it as a judgemobile.
There is a Lemons connection to the Impala's ultimate fate.
