Topic: Camping at CMP

How does camping at CMP work? We are hoping we can camp at the track Thursday night so that we can be set up for the track practice session early Friday morning. Can anyone speak from experience?

Gates open at 5pm on Thursday according to the lady on the phone, but she also misquoted me the prices for the garages and electric in the paddock.  But in years past that has been the case as well.

Gates open at 5pm Thursday.  First come first served.  Find a spot, claim it, done.

Thanks for the Info guys. Making a long drive on Thursday, didn't want to hurry if I'd only end up sleeping in a parking lot anyways.

Were are on the way now.  Looks like we are going to hit the track around 9:30 PM.  Does anybody know if we will be able to get in and drop the car?
