Anyone play NR2K3?

I'm looking to create a LeMons-themed Nascar Racing 2003 Season mod.

I've got a couple of questions:

1. Does anyone know of a place where LeMons-appropriate models can be found? The closest, I think, would be IROC/Trans-Am models, and maybe a few rally mods.
2, Continuing on that note: is it possible to use multiple different models in a single race?
3. How does one go about painting a custom model?

I'm also trying to find tracks...I have Summit, Loudon, Charlotte, and Infineon so far.
