That's better looking than just bolting in the top of the cell BUT...

- no protection on the corners
- side-to-side bracing is only one bar just below the lip of the cell
- no bar between the two support hoops to keep the mount from twisting during an accident.

Basically, that kit holds the cell in, but doesn't add any rigidity or protection to it - it just hangs it off two side bars. They like to see a cage around the cell perimeter. Rules are vague on this, though. You should email TEO if this is something you're seriously considering.
