Great photos, we actually have proof of the MG1100 on the racetrack!
Thanks to everyone for their encouragement and patience with our slooooow MG over the weekend (1100cc/55hp is not enough)! We did our best not to get in the way too much!

Was your next theme inspired by PT Barnum?
Quiet, you.
Come on... Wikipedia don't lie.
It's 1098 cc's.
Now stop exaggerating.
Great pictures, what an amazing field of cars. I have always wanted to know what was the better race car an Avanti, Hornet, or a Mustang II.
Quiet, you.
Congrats on your win this weekend.

Thanks! We are still in disbelief!
The battle between you, us and Speedchimps was really heating up midway through Sunday. Sucked that you guys had some problems, would have been great to race all the way to the chequered.
I popped over a couple times to introduce, but you were a busy guy each time, so we didn't pester.
This photo from one of my team mates is one of my favourites from the weekend

That was a very fun race. We were obviously frustrated that we were having problems getting our car started, but you guys drove great, and the car ran phenomenally.
Congrats on a well deserved win!

P.S. - Amazing that all three cars in that picture were pitted within 30' of each other.
Chris, you took a lot of nice pictures. Thank you for sharing.

You're welcome. It gave me something to take my mind off the fact I wasn't on track with everyone.

You raced a good, clean race while our team was busy punting Vans that Gogh and spinning out trying to catch up with you. I had a chance to talk to one of your teammates about your suspension, crazy. Good luck in B, that may be the only way we get a chance for a C win. If we can keep from getting black flags and our 23 year old drivetrain alive.
I was super depressed about letting down my team, luckily I had sent myself a care package from the future a la Terminator:

And that we were all eavesdropping trying to figure out when everyone was going to pit!
Also, if it's any consolation, the weekend gave us our share of headaches in the MG:
Great! Many thanks.

I'd have to say the Avanti.....
But that's just my opinion....
