Topic: Thanks Craigslist, we have a car!

After searching Craigslist and Copart for the correct car, one showed up just when I had given up.  Chump Change Racing, known as The Bridesmaids, will start the "build" on a clapped out 86 BMW 535i.  The racoons were pretty pissed when I pulled it out from under the tree, but after filling two large trash cans with ten year old soggy newspapers and shreaded foam, the car has already lost a few hundred pounds.  We will be looking forward to meeting everyone if the powers that be let us in, we are planning on hitting as many East Coast events as we can make.

Then the M50 325i I almost grabbed from a customer freshly rearended would have been grounds for termination!  It will be going through the Copart auction in Madisonville, TN.  I got it running tonight by breaking the DME open and reflowing a few joints.  You can follow the progress on Facebook by searching Chump Change Racing.
