Finding parking for a van build out around Boston, MA

Hey folks,

I'm a city dweller in need of a place to wrench and build that isn't the street. something something property values. Anyways, I have three vans and may be adding a fourth and moving them all for street cleaning is becoming a bit absurd. Is there anyone within an hour or so of Boston that wouldn't mind sparing some space for a van and letting me wrench on it? I'm self-contained and will be fully vaccinated in a couple of weeks. happy to help you wrench or pay reasonable rent. I'm also happy to chat vanbuilds too. Thanks!
