They have a 3 speed 72 volt postal VAN version rated @ 55mph! (cars were more 35 mph) They even come stock with a basic aluminum roll cage

I owned one, it was white knuckle terrifying  @ 50mph.... Judgemobile yes, anything else? No frigging way.
