I think all my sets have the original 10mm as well.  I seem to be good about losing the 12mm though.

Nope, still have the two in my socket set as well.

It helps if your car doesn't have any 10mm bolts left on it though...

It is hard to tell for mine. They constantly migrate.  The 3/8" Craftsman 10mm is now in the Thorsen set, the Thorsen is in the Pittsburg set (I think), and the Pittsburg 10 is (I hope) rolling around in the bottom of the canvas "emergency bag" of tools for Jeeping trips and mower repairs.

I try to keep them where they belong, but when wrenching at a race others often put them back in the nearest tool set. As long as each set has a 10mm in it I don't get too worked up.
