Looking for a place to wrench on our 2 cars...Within an hour of NYC...

Hey, not quite sure where to put this, but I figure a lot of people look in here so, there ya have it.
My team is trying to find a place to wrench on our 2 race cars and store them. We don't have a lot of money...that's why we are
racing in Lemons...but we would love to share a space that someone already has or rent a place of our own.
We are trying to stay within an hour of Brooklyn...
