no excuses....Lemons goldmine in PA

anyone ever been here, looked around, or purchased?
this is like an Amish Pennsylvania puppy farm for cars!

they have a 3 tier system
1: $1200-1600
2: $1600-2000
3: $2000+
(never mind the $500 Lemons rule with most of the stuff in this place...looks like this place sells mostly Lemons Exemption cars....)
most is tier 2, but tier 1 has the best Lemons potential....
I mean, its gonna be work to get one racing....but the journey/challenge is half the fun...
