Topic: What is the cheapest alternative to the kirkey intermediate road seat?

I have given up trying to find a used seat.  I really like the dimensions of the kirkey intermediate road seat (17").  What would be the cheapest alternative with a similar seat?  The economy 20 degree layback looks to be a little less deep and I am worried about comfort.

to me the question of comfort is secondary. the better the seat, the safer the driver is. a tight fit is what you're looking for.

we found a seat out of a modified. kirkey 17" 10 deg. has a halo on the right side. we got it for $75 off CG. another site you might look at is racingjunk.com

I have the ultrashield 17" road race vs and it's great.  Very comfortable.  I'm not sure how it compares in the market to the Kirkey.
