Now that Impact has been decertified because of counterfeit SFI tags are our Helmets no longer legal for Lemons?

I don't believe their helmets are affected.  Snell certifies helmets, not SFI.

And it doesn't mean that the quality of their helmets don't meet spec, it is just an issue of money with SFI.

Yeah, but that day is a-coming, especially for suits made prior to 2009. I suspect that it's going to be a PITA to get those re-certified.
