Topic: Tech Form?

I can't seem to find where they moved the tech form.  Any help?

We got the curse at Capitol Offense but they wouldn't let us destroy the car.

Pendejo - There is no such thing as a racing budget and if you can't afford to set it on fire and watch it burn while drinking a beer then don't race it.

Is it time to leave for Summit Point yet?  I've been giving my liver beer drinking training for this race.

just because you fill out the form first doesn't mean you can get thru tech first
