Just FYI I'm planning on having 60 racks of baby back ribs cooked up friday night at Summit, so I expect to see lots of people suffering from meat coma...

No seriously, I better not have unexpected leftovers, so I expect lots of new friends!

I think we're only having ribs this time (I could be wrong, as I leave that to the team chef, the first person I got to sign on to Lemons) but who knows, he might reprise his pork surprise, which involved chorizo, pulled pork, and rib meat rolled into a log, wrapped in bacon, and smoked.  I think that probably covers most everything from the rooty to the tooty.

gotta have mustard potato salad! i think GFS has like 10lb. packages of it or something smile
