Wow, over $800 plus shipping. I guess they charge for the conveinence of bolt-in huh?
we have found a good used one, I plan on welding all the bolted seams and reworkingg the drivers side door bars. One more question, can it be bolted to the floor or dose it have to be welded.

You can bolt the cage to the floor using grade #8 or better bolts and using backer plates under the floor that are at least the same size but preferably larger than the cage plates. This will help prevent shear in the case of a rollover.
We run the autopower cage in our car with the 2nd door bar (its included in the kit, but you have to weld it in). PAsses tech with ease.
same here we have had no problem with our auto power cage at tech and its nice to know if we ever get rid of the car the roll cage still has value
