Topic: Seats and rear brace...

What does everyone else use to brace the rear of the seat?  Last year we had a seat with a mount on the back to mount it to.  I heard as long as you don't have more than 6 inches between the seatback and the cage it isn't a big deal because the cage is right there. Oh yeah we are on the factory sliders...

We use a 3"x3" plate welded to some bar stock and drilled various hole in it for adjustments.  Then we took some tubing a little bigger that the bar stock and welded that the the harness bar. This also has a hole in it so that depending on the driver we can slide the support up to the seat back and pin it in place.  3 of our drivers use the same seat position so if our driver rotation is set right it only gets adjusted once per day for our lurch driver.
