Topic: Subframe connector construction

The sheet metal on our Chevette was pretty lacking so to properly tie the roll cage to the subframes, we decided to add a subframe connector. Construction was pretty straightforward, we removed the necessary floor pan sheet metal, fit the connector to the subframes and then welded it in. We've only completed one half of the car so far, but we worked on patching the floor and attaching the rear subframe to the connector better before proceeding to the driver's side. It should provide an adequate platform for attaching the a and b pillar bars though.
