I talked with Rich today at Autobahn and he gave me some info that I'll share.

Track: North Circuit

Pits and Paddock:
- Mostly all asphalt
- No power

We are almost set to go. We've got to repair a rocker arm that we broke and fix Big Mouth Bass Billy.

The longest straight is about 150' shorter than Gingerman BUT there is no pit run off...looks like we are going to be doing some lawnmowing free of charge! You're welcome Rich.

Did he have any info on the Lemons Test Day? Is there a fee for testing on Friday?

Yep, or atleast that is what they say on the autobahn calander.  The south is open for members so I'm guessing they wouldn't be to happy to see our cars out there with them. smile

If you haven't been to this track before, I recommend carefully planning your route to get in. We held a drift event there that started 2 hours late due to half the field getting lost on the way. It's somewhat hidden, and there isn't much in the way of signage unless things have changed since.

Man, pit out right at that little kink setting up for turn two.  That should make life interesting.  I hope whoever's working that Stop Sign is on their toes.

Does anybody know what time the gates close on Friday? We may have some team members showing up after work or whatever on Friday night if the gates are still open.

Can anyone recommend a good time to show up on Friday?  We won't be doing the practice.  We just need to get through tech, which starts at 12:00.  Is there a good reason to get there super early to get claim a spot?  We can show up at any time, but I don't want to be there when the gates open, just to sit around for hours and hours before tech even begins. 

I would appreciate any input.

If you are a newbie, and can talk to anyone I recommend showing up early. You will have a good time and probably make new friends as well. (people always need help) Besides never know someone might see a potential problem and you would have more time to fix it. BTW We will be there sometime in the am  If any one needs help with anything on FRIDAY just come on over and ask, hopefully we will be near the tech/judges.

Yes, this is our first race, but I feel pretty confident in the tech portion of our car.  I suppose you never know how it is going to go though, so I would like to get to tech early.  I guess we'll just show up sometime mid-morning and hang out/help wherever we can...prior to tech.

I live about 15 minutes from the track and we plan on being there around 8-9 am. Finish up little stuff, get teched, help out others etc, and then see if we can break the car so we have something to do Friday night.

We are there today. Checked in at the track tonight. Got our pit spot set up and dropped the trailer. Track looks awesome. Really nice looking place. Check in people seemed really nice. Look forward to practice on Friday.
