I haven't heard anything about the track editor since E3, which makes me wonder. The car and track list is frankly pretty underwhelming, seems like almost the only new cars on the list over GT4 are the ones from ferrari and lambo.

I'm also fairly underwhelmed by the track list.  27 tracks?  iRacing is way above that and they've only been developing for 3 or 4 years, and all of iRacing's tracks are actually REAL.  Also, where is Pike's Peak?  Seriously?  3 dirt tracks?

I play GT4 because it has "normal cars" mostly, I was hoping to see a bigger selection of oddities in GT5 - maybe a little more american or australian stuff, like say 80's era tauruses etc...

I don't like iRacing's "buy content piece by piece" system much. Despite the failings of the user created content system I like rfactor/GTR2 better. One of my current projects is building a sim version of the team's car for training, iRacing can't deliver that. big_smile
