Topic: Starting positions

Might be a dumb question, but how does the LeMon's crew determine the starting positions of each race?  Qualifying?  Blind Ballot?  Draw straws?

Track is open 10-15 minutes before the green flag. You just get on track and start circulating under double yellow. The green flag is thrown randomly.

In two day races they will line up the top 10 cars to start the second day and throw the green for the leader.
